Our Managed services consists of three different plans Ultimate, Comprehensive, or Specialist.

Ultimate plans essentially cover everything required from remote and telephone helpdesk support, installing software, keeping machines updated, maintained, and running optimally and working with other vendors to ensure everything is operating correctly.

Comprehensive plans are more maintenance-based keeping machines updated, maintained and running optimally.  They don’t include remote and telephone helpdesk support on the workstations and additional tasks on the servers.

Specialist plans are monitoring only plans.
